Every time in Puerto del Carmen, I choose this place. This family-friendly hotel is fantastic with brilliantly helpful and attentive staff. Make sure to get queen room with a private balcony, champagne, for instance. A microwave oven and an electric kettle are a nice touch.

We visited one of our favourite spots playa de los pocillos that was near the hotel. We really enjoyed staff and breakfast, the venue has everything you need for a holiday. The area contains some restaurants like Tipico Canario within 10 minutes' walk.
